The diagnostics program at Gene Tools is pursuing development of two products: a small-molecule reagent to enhance imaging of tumors and a Morpholino-based diagnostic reagent & instrumentation package for detection of infectious agents. Gene Tools holds exclusive rights to the use of Morpholinos in diagnostics and it is, once again, the exquisite properties of Morpholino oligos that make them the perfect tool to probe for nucleic acid targets.
